The Great Barrier Reef, Cairns, April 2013.

Above are some photos I took just over a week ago, when I was lucky enough to snorkel the amazing Great Barrier Reef! I'm not sure if people realise just how big it actually is, and that is actually stretches along most of Queensland's coast. The reef we went to was called Moore Reef.

We did a tour with a company called Quicksilver, who took us over to Green Island where we did some snorkelling off the beach, and then we popped back on the boat which took us out to a pontoon on Moore Reef, where we had lunch, took a ride in a semi submerged submarine, and then got in the water for some serious snorkelling!

I was lucky enough to visit Cairns on a work trip. I guess being a travel agent has its perks. It's such an awesome little town, full of tourists, all ready for a good time. I would definitely reccommend a visit!

The Daintree Rainforest, April 2013.

These are a few photos from my weekend work trip to Cairns, in Far North Queensland. We did a day tour that took us up along the coast from Cairns to Port Douglas, and then up to Mossman Gorge, where we learnt about traditional Aboriginal smoke rituals. We then went up to Cape Tribulation beach. It is absolutely amazing up there, seeing the rainforest meet the ocean was incredible, and it's something we don't get to see in Perth. It's magical! I'll definitely be back there soon.

iPhone Adventures, March 2013.

Above are a couple of photos taken on my iPhone from my Adventures in March. The first is of a cute little cafe in Warwick, next to the cinemas that makes really good frozen yogurt. The second was taken at Serpentine Falls in the Perth Hills, which is amazing! It's definetely worth a visit. The third is just some kooky editing I did on my iPhone. The fourth is from a few weekends ago when my friend Hannah and I went kayaking in Moore River. The fifth, finally, was taken at Burns Beach. It has become my favourite thinking place, and the colours of the rocks are so beautiful, I just thought I'd share.
